I ordered a desk and overall the delivery went about how I expected. Compared to some other furniture deliveries I’ve had, the tracking was actually decent and it showed up on the day they said it would. The box had a small scuff on it, which made me a little nervous, but the desk itself was fine once I opened it up. Not totally perfect, but more reliable than a lot of deliveries I’ve dealt with.

I’ve been waiting around hoping this would finally get sorted, but my issue still isn’t fixed. Support kept sending me the same generic replies over and over, and it got really frustrating.

I was able to find what I needed, so the site does technically work, but the whole checkout process felt slow and clunky. Whoever runs this really needs to clean it up a bit because it made ordering more annoying than it should’ve been.

I had to return a desk part because, i ordered the wrong size. The return form was easy to fill out, but the reply took like two days, so I was kind of unsure what was going on for a bit.
Once I sent it back, the refund showed up in my account about a week later. So, yeah, it wasn’t perfect or super fast, but overall it felt fair enough

It’s a bit more wobbly than I expected, and my brother noticed it too when he tried it out, but overall it’s still usable. I just wish the stability was a little better.

I bought a desk from epicdesk.shop and the motor has been the biggest headache. It jerks when I raise it, randomly stops halfway sometimes, and makes this odd noise that doesn’t seem normal. I tried doing a reset, but it didn’t fix anything. For what I paid, I expected it to move up and down smoothly without all this hassle. Customer support didn’t really help either — the email replies felt like they were written by robots, just generic answers that didn’t actually address the issue. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

A few screws were missing, and some of the parts were not labeled very clearly. I ended up digging through everything a few times and had to use a spare screw I already had at home, which was frustrating in the middle of assembling it.

The desk looks okay now that it’s built, but I’d definitely warn others to check every single part before getting started. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the packing and labeling could be a lot better...

I mostly pay attention to how quickly support gets back to me, and they did reply fast. I did have to ask the same thing twice before it got sorted, but overall it wasn’t a big deal.

So, yeah, the package showed up in rough shape. The box was all ripped and dented, it looked like it had been tossed around quite a bit before it got to me.

Maybe I just got a bad one, but this was such a pain to put together. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the holes didn’t line up right, so I spent way more time than I should have trying to make it work. I’m not trying to be picky, but even after fixing what I could, it still feels a little off. Disappointing.

The height adjustment is smooth most of the time. I kind of feel like they designed it so you’d notice that feature first, because it’s definitely the part that feels the most polished. Every now and then it’s not perfect, but overall it works well and doesn’t give me much to complain about

I spent a little time looking everything over first and making sure I had the pieces laid out the way I wanted. Once I actually got going, though, the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

I was excited when I got it, and at first it seemed fine. But after about a week, the edges started cracking and it just felt really cheaply made. Kind of disappointing, though I guess it looked okay for the short time it held up.

After about a week, my shoulders and wrists were sore. I’m sure it might work for some people, but for me the setup just didn’t feel ergonomic at all. Definitely not worth it.

The shipping was just okay. It took longer than I thought it would, and I kept checking the tracking like, okay, maybe tomorrow... or maybe not. Anyway, it did arrive in good condition, so no real issue there, just a little slower than I was hoping

I kind of regret buying this desk. It’s not terrible or anything, but after paying this much, I expected it to feel a lot nicer. It’s just okay, and every time I use it I can’t help thinking I should’ve gone with something cheaper.

At first glance the desk looked fine, so I thought maybe it would work out. But once I actually started using it, the cheap parts and wobbliness became really obvious. Like, why am I paying this much for something that feels this flimsy? I wasn’t expecting luxury furniture, but come on. Disappointing and kind of irritating

I really wanted to like this desk, but after using it for a bit, the design just feels off. It’s kind of cramped, and a bunch of small things make it frustrating for everyday use. It also doesn’t give me a lot of confidence in the overall quality, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up

I tried to use the warranty and didn’t get anywhere. Slow replies. Not much actual help. It felt like they were just passing me around instead of fixing the issue. After this experience, I wouldn’t buy from epicdesk.shop again
